All of our macarons are made locally. Although the macarons do not contain gluten and are considered gluten free, we are NOT a dedicated gluten free facility.

We ship our orders nationwide MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, AND WEDNESDAYS. Doing so ensures there are no delays over the weekend.

All orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 12 pm on Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
